Lauren has been immersed in the specialty food industry since she was 10 years old—not a typo! Today, as CEO of her family-owned business, Provender International, she brings a lifetime of experience, relationships, and passion for food to Hamptons Party People.

Lauren’s love of food started in her grandmother Madelaine’s kitchen in Jersey City, where food was always about more than what was on the plate—it was about family, hospitality, and bringing people together. That early connection stayed with her throughout her career in the specialty food industry and eventually found its way into what she loves most today: creating memorable experiences for people in their own homes.

After raising her two boys in East Hampton and spending more than 20 years catering and producing events, Lauren created Hamptons Party People as a way to bring all of her experience together. HPP is personal for Lauren. It combines her deep knowledge of specialty food and exceptional ingredients with her love of cooking, entertaining, and making people feel taken care of.

From intimate dinners and private chef experiences to family celebrations, cocktail parties, and large-scale events, Lauren is involved in the details that make an event feel effortless. She knows that a great event isn't just about the food—it’s about the experience, the people, the timing, and all the little things guests may never see.

For Lauren, Hamptons Party People is a natural extension of a lifetime spent around food, family, and hospitality—and a way to share that passion with the people who invite her into their homes and celebrations.
