Lauren has been active in the Specialty Food Industry since she was 10…not a typo. Now CEO of her family business, Provender International, Lauren leads the charge with one of the longest track records in the industry. Lauren’s culinary love and passion grew from her grandmother’s Madelaine’s kitchen in Jersey City. Living and raising two boys in East Hampton, Lauren also has twenty years experience catering and has pretty much seen it all. It is her thoughtful approach and professional persistence that will make your event a success.
